Product Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Administrator to support our busy Product team. In this varied, office-based role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of daily operations and play an important part in keeping our products moving efficiently through the business. Jewellery experience is ideal - especially knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals - but strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail are equally valued
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Product team
* Raise supplier orders and monitor their progress
* Assist with customer queries via Teams, email and telephone
* Enter and manage data with a high level of accuracy
* Check, input and analyse supplier invoices
* Liaise with internal teams and external workshop partners to keep work progressing smoothly
About You
* Previous administrative experience
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism
* Self‑motivated, reliable and eager to make a positive impact
* Confident user of Excel (essential), Word, and ideally bespoke inventory systems
Benefits
* Starting salary of £28k–£33k
* 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
* Working hours: 7:45am – 4:45pm
