We’re looking for a stunningly creative and highly motivated mid-level graphic designer to join our dedicated team. The right candidate has the passion and ability to create conceptual identities and logos, demonstrate exceptional typographic knowledge and skills, and the ability to develop intelligent brand systems for a range of clients.
Responsibilities
* Conceptualize and develop strategic brand identity projects from concept to implementation
* Design for all necessary brand applications and touchpoints within print, digital, web, and physical environments
* Work alongside writers, strategists, and creative directors to synthesize research and information
* Create and present branding decks to clients and stakeholder groups
* Foster working relationships with clients, consultants, and staff
* Manage projects and clients independently
* Occasional travel for meetings or project site visits
* Prepare production-ready art files for various formats, platforms, and environments
* Document work for use in Ashton’s portfolio
* Work with vendors to produce final client deliverables

Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of industry experience, with a brand identity focus
* Strong conceptual skills and ability to convey ideas clearly to others
* Great logo designer with a wide range of styles
* Knowledge and passion for typography and a strong sense of layout
* A broad knowledge base of visual identity components and brand architecture
* Knowledge of production techniques, swatches, materials, and specifications
* Ability to produce results independently as well as collaboratively
* Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Skills
* Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
* Figma, HTML, CSS, WordPress
* After Effects, VFX, Motion Graphics, and logo Animation a plus
* Blender, Rino, Sketch-up or other 3D program experience a plus
* Hand sketching ability to communicate concepts a plus
Salary Range
$45-65k
While our published salary range is based on the outlined job requirements, we recognize that everyone is unique and comes with a variety of skills and experience. Therefore, the actual salary may differ from the range depending upon experience and demonstrated skill.
