Start Date: 1st September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the EYFS team to deliver high-quality early years education.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Engage with parents and carers to support children's learning and development.
* Ensure compliance with EYFS statutory framework and school policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in early years education.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
