About the Role:
The Customer Service Advisor role is crucial in our team, working with various departments to ensure efficient front-of-house operations and excellent customer service. This role involves managing reception duties, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining security protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming visitors, providing information, and redirecting inquiries.
* Monitoring building access and managing signing in/out procedures.
* Operating IT systems reliably.
* Handling telephone calls courteously and promptly.
* Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
* Managing financial transactions and cashing up.
* Coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
* Managing keys and security protocols.
* Collaborating with departments for smooth front-of-house operations.
* Overseeing car park arrangements and payments.
* Maintaining reception displays.
