Credit Controller

What you’ll be doing
As a Credit Controller, you will be:
1. Managing a ledger of circa 300+ accounts, with a value of approx. £4M.
2. Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
3. Liaising with customers, as well as internal teams.
4. Reconciling complex accounts and dealing with queries.
5. Helping to process data for our Invoice discounting platform.
6. Ensuring that credit and collection policies are adhered to.
7. Monitoring customer creditworthiness, including applying for credit insurance and using online tools such as Experian Business Express.
The skills you’ll need
We are looking for someone with:
1. Previous credit control experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Experience using Sage 200 (however, not essential).
4. Proficiency in the use of Outlook and Excel.
5. The ability to work well within a team.
