FULL TIME PERMANENT CHEF/COOK : INVERNESS

What youll be doing:
Preparing and cooking a variety of cafe:style dishes to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies
Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
What youll bring:
Experience in preparing cafe or similar casual dining menus
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and team spirit
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends : no split shifts and no late evenings.
Additional information:
No formal qualifications are necessary, but a passion for food and customer satisfaction is essential
