About The Role
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to support our branch operations and contribute to financial performance. Main duties include:
1. Ensuring all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for.
2. Investigating missing notes and PODs, obtaining replacements if necessary.
3. Balancing the branch till daily, ensuring accuracy and currency.
4. Completing branch banking books and banking monies daily.
5. Forwarding till reports to Head Office and updating banking templates.
6. Allocating pay later notes.
7. Monitoring unpaid cash sale reports, escalating discrepancies.
8. Ensuring timely collection of unpaid or outstanding amounts.
9. Running and updating weekly account statements.
10. Maintaining staff account accuracy.
11. Monitoring and analyzing the aged debt report.
12. Allocating customer payments and banking monies daily.
13. Updating customer notes as required.
14. Reviewing customer credit limits.
15. Handling general customer queries face-to-face or via telephone.
Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
Ideal candidates will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
