Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will assume comprehensive responsibility for the company's financial strategy, capital management, financial planning, risk control, and the achievement of long-term financial growth objectives. This role requires a candidate who possesses exceptional financial analytical skills, experience in capital operations, and extensive experience in senior corporate management.
The ideal candidate will be able to drive corporate profitability growth and optimize the capital structure through professional financial management, while providing critical support for the company's strategic decision-making to ensure its long-term stability and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Assume full responsibility for the company's financial management functions, including financial reporting, budget management, treasury operations, and financial analysis.
* Formulate and execute the company's long-term financial strategy and capital management plans; manage corporate financing, investment planning, capital allocation, and cash flow operations.
* Establish and refine systems for financial risk control, internal auditing, and regulatory compliance management.
* Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO and the senior management team.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with investment institutions, banks, and financial partners.
* Ensure that the company's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
* Optimize the corporate cost structure and enhance financial operational efficiency and profitability.
* Lead corporate financing initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising efforts, and major financial projects.
* Build and lead a high-performing financial management team, elevating the overall standard of financial management within the organization.
* Support corporate business growth, market expansion, and long-term strategic development.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
* Possess over 20 years of professional experience in financial management, capital operations, financial services, or related industries.
* Demonstrate a stable career trajectory, including a continuous tenure of at least 5 years at a single organization.
* Have previously served in a senior financial leadership role, such as CFO, VP of Finance, Financial Controller, or an equivalent position.
* Possess deep expertise in corporate finance, capital management, financial planning, risk control, and capital market operations.
* Demonstrate exceptional financial analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, and experience in corporate operational management. Possess exceptional team leadership and organizational management capabilities.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, business negotiation expertise, and experience in investor relations management.
* Well-versed in the financial services, investment management, capital markets, or asset management sectors.
* Capable of leading an enterprise through financial growth, capital expansion, and business transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
* Holds a CPA, CFA, MBA, or a degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Possesses a professional background in capital management, investment management, financial services, or private equity.
* Has a proven track record of success in capital raising, M&A transactions, or large-scale financial transformation projects.
* Experience in international market operations and cross-border financial management is highly preferred.
