Responsibilities of CRM and Social Media Manager:
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Operate as a standalone role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and define the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally for a luxury travel brand, or a senior executive seeking to advance.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
