About the Influencer Manager role
As Influencer Manager, you will craft and manage influencer marketing campaigns and proposals for our clients. You will leverage your relationship management skills to service clients from briefing to execution, ensuring excellence throughout.
We seek a driven individual who can incorporate new trends into compelling work, with strong understanding of talent management, content strategy, brand alignment, and performance analytics.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands in collaboration with the team
* Use creativity and trend awareness to deliver innovative creator activations
* Follow best practices in campaign delivery, utilizing influencer marketing tools and adopting new tools and processes
* Perform industry research, competitive analysis, and assess best practices
* Draft, negotiate, and execute influencer contracts, keeping templates updated with industry changes
* Utilize your network and industry knowledge to build opportunities
* Stay informed about ongoing projects and brainstorm new ideas with the team
* Manage projects effectively, demonstrating excellent activation skills
* Own and be accountable for your work and projects
* Support and mentor junior team members, fostering effective communication
* Apply commercial awareness and understanding of the marketing environment
