Location:Dartford covering Kent, Essex & East London

Salary: Up to £55,000 PAYE + van, tools & fuel card

Job Type: Full-time, permanent


Overview


We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business delivering commercial and high-end residential projects across the South East.


This is a long-term role for a senior installer who can work independently, represent the company professionally on site, and deliver high-quality installations.


Key Responsibilities
* Installation of air conditioning systems (splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF)

* Commercial and high-end residential projects

* Working independently and as part of a team

* Client-facing work on site

* Occasional attendance at a Dartford-based office


Requirements
* Minimum 7-10 years experience in air conditioning (installation-focused)

* Strong UK installation experience

* F-Gas certified

* Full UK driving license

* Professional, presentable, and reliable

* Happy covering Kent, Essex & East London
