About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Contract Support Officer to support the management of a small portfolio of non‑strategic property contracts.
This 12‑month FTC maternity cover role is based at our Head Office in Coventry and will work within the Property Team. The role requires 37 hours per week.
Join us in driving contract efficiency and making a real impact across our estate portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide day‑to‑day support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Assist in tender preparation and supplier relationship management.
* Support contract auditing, reporting, and performance tracking.
* Manage P2P processes including ordering, receipting, and budget tracking.
* Maintain dashboards and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in supplier management and interpreting contract terms.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in SAP (ECC, SRM), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
* Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
