Workplace / Moves & Changes Coordinator (ISS)

We’re looking for a Workplace / Moves & Changes Coordinator to support workplace operations across a global corporate portfolio with Jefferies.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational role where no two days are the same — coordinating office moves, supporting workspace planning, and helping ensure a smooth workplace experience for employees.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate office moves and changes (MAC) across multiple locations
* Maintain floorplans and desk allocations within the occupancy system (Manhattan)
* Support occupancy reporting and space utilisation tracking
* Assist with small workplace projects and ad hoc CAD requests
* Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver workplace changes efficiently
* Monitor furniture stock and offsite storage with external suppliers
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations coordination
* Exposure to moves & changes, occupancy management, or space planning
* Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
* Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting
* Experience with space management systems or CAD would be beneficial
You’ll be joining a team supporting a high-profile corporate environment, playing a key role in ensuring workplace operations run smoothly across multiple locations.
