We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Operations Lead Business Manager to join our team. This role is located in Manchester – HYBRID.
Drive expense and headcount management, reviewing and advising on financials monthly with Operations and Platform leadership and CFOs including delivery against planned headcount efficiencies.
Oversee hiring requests and match early careers talent to budgeted headcount positions.
Manage monthly workforce forecasting and annual planning from end-to-end, working with Operations and Platform leadership and CFOs on expected growth demand, efficiencies, and expense targets.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in financial services or business partner function preferred.
At least 5 years COO, CAO, CFO or business/workforce management experience and cost-effective budgetary responsibility.
