Key responsibilities

* Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Qualifications and skills
* A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or in a similar field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
