We are recruiting aTelesales / Sales Support Executiveto support the sales team of a growing freight forwarding and logistics company. This role focuses onoutbound calling, lead qualification, and sales pipeline support, helping to generate and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to qualify and verify sales leads.
* Assess customer logistics requirements and identify sales opportunities.
* Accurately update CRM systems and assign qualified leads to the sales team.
* Generate new leads through outbound calling campaigns.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
* Meet agreed KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and qualification cycle times.
Candidate Profile:
1. Previous telesales, telemarketing, or call-centre experience preferred.
2. Junior candidates with telesales experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Confident communicator with a proactive and professional telephone manner.
4. Well organised with strong attention to detail.
