Project Manager – Passive Fire Protection

Are you an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager looking for a role with autonomy, stability, and a strong flow of work?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established fire compliance specialist delivering key projects across Yorkshire.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of passive fire projects from pre-start to completion across:
* Fire Doors
* Fire Stopping
* Fire Dampers
* Smoke Control Systems
This is a client-facing role—managing expectations and maintaining relationships is key.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to compliance standards
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials
* Act as the main point of contact for clients
* Manage customer expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
* Ensure all works meet current fire safety regulations
* Monitor progress, quality, and commercial performance
* Handover projects smoothly to completion
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects
* Strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, dampers, etc.
* Confident client-facing
* Organised, commercially aware, and delivery-focused
* Able to run multiple projects simultaneously
