Salary: Grade 4, Point 10 £25,800 Full Time, Actual Salary £22,163 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Part Year, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum
Location: Corby Business Academy

Responsibilities
* Manage challenging behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour strategies.
* Demonstrate resilience in high‑pressure situations.
* Support students when they are not at their best, using excellent interpersonal skills.
* Act as an integral part in students' lives at Corby Business Academy.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or raising children.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, patient and confident.
* Committed individual able to support students in challenging situations.
