We are seeking a Lighting Designer to join our creative team on a Freelance basis for our upcoming production: Peter Pan - A BIG Musical Adventure We are seeking a collaborative and bold Lighting Designer who can deliver interesting, exciting and dynamic designs for our next production. The role requires an excellent communicator with a proactive approach and at least 2 years of experience working in the professional theatre industry, with the following essential criteria. Proven ability to create, communicate, and realise lighting design concepts. Experience designing lighting for large companies and/or young people. Collaborative by nature with a willingness to adapt designs to fit the needs of the creative team and/or venue. Experience working with large creative and production teams. Ability to manage production budgets and work within financial constraints. Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to programme an ETC EOS lighting desk prefered. A commitment to sustainable and ethical practices. Demonstrable experience with relevant CAD software.
