We're now looking for a Inventory Clerk to join our operation and drive success.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Check and record stock in accordance with customer queries.
* Indentfying and reporting any stock discrapancies,taking appropriate action to correct and record conclusions.
* Investigate stock discrepancies via WMS and physical warehouse checks (PI).
* Process customer collections in a timely manney,sysmatically and physicall.
* Responding to adhoc customer requests accurately and promptly i.e. order cancellations, recall report requests, stock enquiries.
* Accountable for achieving site and departmental KPIs.
* Professional and polite communications with customer, ensuring that sensitive information is respected.
* To maintain an accurate stock file and limit stock adjustments.
* Work in collaboration with other departments to maximise efficiencies and best practice.
* Develop a culture of respect and high performance within your team
* Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals
* Complete all team performance reviews, accurately and within timeframe
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience of working within warehouse admin highly desirable.
* Inventory experience an advantage
* MHE Reach Truck and Operator Counterbalance is essential for this role
