1. To maximise all sales opportunities for the Spa and for South Lodge Hotel
2. To source potential leads for Spa members (through enquiries from day visitors of guests, database marketing, networking etc)
3. To develop further ideas to generate leads, and work with the Spa Operations Manager to develop those ideas
4. To ensure that all activities position The Spa as the number one Spa in the UK
Communication
5. To ensure that all leads are being passed on from all relevant departments within the Spa and Hotel
6. To provide a short weekly report on leads generated, tours completed and members converted
7. To ensure that Spa Manager, Spa Reception and the Marketing Team are aware of your weekly timetable
8. Attend Spa Operational Management meeting with membership updates
Conversion
9. To invite potential members for a full tour of The Spa and Hotel facilities whilst promoting the benefits of membership
10. To convert members without using give-aways, discounts or promises that cannot be fulfilled. Membership should be sold on the basis of the value and benefits it provides
11. To organise where necessary, and attend any promotional events that you or management see fit
