WHAT YOU'LL NEED
11. 1 year + breakfast service chef experience at quality level
12. Good level of English
13. Understanding of early morning kitchen operation
14. Ability to handle a fast paced kitchen environment
15. Understanding of section ordering, stock control and efficient set up for the day
