Your responsibilities as Operations Administrator
* Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple live sites
* Act as the central point of contact for operational and site teams
* Coordinate document control systems including SharePoint/EDMS
* Support project start-ups, O&M manuals, asset registers and compliance records
* Assist with health, safety, environmental and ISO documentation
* Handle supply chain documentation, accreditations and project archiving
