Administrative:
* Answering the telephone – directing calls, taking and relaying messages
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Dealing with visitors and suppliers
* Administrative support to Senior Management
* Daily Filing/Scanning
* General assistance to the project managers
General:
* Cover and support the buying/accounting functions
* Follow company procedures and report non-conformance to management
* Maintain a high level of quality
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations
* Attend and contribute to departmental meetings where relevant
