Join our team as a part‑time Retail Assistant to provide world‑class consumer service at Nike Factory Outlet Taplow.
Responsibilities
* Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to customers.
* Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Using your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services.
* Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Enhancing your own knowledge through tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
Availability
* 8 HOURS PER WEEK.
* Must be available to work evenings and available Saturday & Sunday.
