Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate who possesses at least 2 years experience in a care setting. This role involves managing care plans, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, all within a supportive and professional setting. We are a residential care home alongside a very successful small domiciliary service covering the Allen valley. Our Residential home is predominantly Learning disability but also has elderly and dementia residents.
Duties
* To work alongside the manger
* Hours will be set but need to be flexible to change for the needs of the service
* Oversee medication administration in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
* Collaborate with professionals. families and local authorities
* Ensure compliance with CQC, and legislative requirements for the safe running of the home.
* Monitor care plans, risk assessments and reviews
* Audits within the care home
* Support continual quality improvement across the service
* Support all staff to ensure the safe running of the service
Skills
* Must have at least two years experience in a care setting
* Must have a level 3 in Health and social care and willing to work to at least a level 4
* Have a full driving license
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Good Knowledge of care regulations and safeguarding practices
* Must be flexible and willing to work within the home and in the community if cover needed and for emergencies.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
