Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Rail team focused on UK Light Rail. The role involves developing sales strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, managing existing clients, and utilizing data to generate leads, primarily working from home with UK travel as needed.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing sales strategies for the UK Light Rail market
* Driving sales growth and profitability
* Engaging with local authorities, transport operators, government, and infrastructure partners
* Maintaining customer satisfaction and advocacy
* Collaborating on proposals and providing account management
* Using data to identify leads and sell group solutions
* Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using Salesforce
Candidate Requirements:
