Voids Maintenance Officer – Contract Position (3 months) Hours - 36 Per Week Pay - £18.84 Per hour PAYE (Inc Holiday) | £24.03 Per hour LTD The Role Are you an experienced Building Operative with Voids knowledge looking for an exciting contract opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Individual to join our client on a 3-month placement. If you have a passion for maintenance, property management, and delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect role for you! You will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of void properties, ensuring they are restored to a lettable condition efficiently and to a high standard. Your role will be vital in maintaining the quality of housing stock and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
