About this Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Pegasus Primary School. You will work alongside teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning, helping learners to reach their full potential both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Support pupils’ learning in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one settings. Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities. Adapt resources and approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND. Monitor and record pupils’ progress, providing feedback to teaching staff. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supervise learners during non-teaching times, including break and lunch where required. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Has recent experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
