Salary: £37,870 – £56,154 per annum (M1 – U3)

Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience equivalent to U3.
A popular and well-regarded primary school in the London Borough of Havering is seeking an experienced and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident KS2 teacher looking to take full responsibility for a class in a collaborative and welcoming school. Please note: this role is not suitable for ECTs.
The Role
• Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
• Plan, deliver and assess engaging and differentiated lessons
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Work closely with colleagues and senior leadership team
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Commitment to raising attainment and pupil progress
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented approach
