In this pivotal role, you'll support a dynamic commercial function, ensuring seamless operations across marketing, compliance, and partner management. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to contribute to impactful campaigns and strategic initiatives.
We’re searching for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is eager to grow with us. This role is based at our Bradley Stoke office, following a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead regular audit activities, including digital content reviews, customer journey assessments, and NPS/Trustpilot tracking.
* Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
* Maintain and manage the communications tracker to ensure timely reviews and compliance.
* Participate in a structured call listening program to enhance customer experience.
* Keep brand assets up to date, including awards, rating logos, and pricing messages.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer journey opportunities.
* Support the development of business cases, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
* Assist with compliance tasks such as product reviews and governance reporting.
What You’ll Bring
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* A confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* A self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
* Minimum A-level education with GCSEs in English and Maths.

* Experience in a regulated or financial services environment.
* Working in a customer-focused, outcome-driven business.
* Performance/outcome tracking and monitoring.
* Marketing campaign management.
