OVERVIEW:
- Handle Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, case law and procedural rules
- Provide high quality client care and practical legal advice
- Meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines effectively
- Minimum 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims
- Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters
- Proven track record of managing cases independently and meeting billing targets
- Excellent organisational, time management, and IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, codes of conduct, and accounts rules
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
