Salary & Conditions
* Salary: MPS1-UPS3 + SEND Allowance.
* Pro‑Rata Value: £26,333 – £40,838 per annum plus additional allowance £2,230 – £4,398.
* Permanent, Part time (0.8 FTE).
* Starting January 1st 2026.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will directly influence the outcomes and strategic provision of pupils with SEND. There will likely be a small amount of teaching time, based on the needs of the schools. The duties and responsibilities highlighted are indicative and may vary over time.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of inclusion, including EAL and children with SEND (previous experience as SENDCo desirable).
* High expectations of all children’s learning and behaviour.
* Positive attitude, and will share the Trust vision, enthusiasm and commitment to improve pupils’ life chances.
* Experience working as part of a team, ability to lead and work with others, inspiring and supporting staff.
* Lead by example.
* Ability to deliver high quality lessons to mixed age classes.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with school communities.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Working Hours
Work 4 days a week, split between Acle St Edmund & Little Plumstead Church of England Primary Academies. Pattern will be agreed at interview but within academy hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 3.30pm.
