Overview
Sales Associate (Temporary, Part Time) – H.Samuel, Belfast, United Kingdom. This role involves delivering high-quality customer service, building jewellery product knowledge, and helping the store achieve its sales targets while representing the brand values of H.Samuel.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
* Develop strong product knowledge and jewellery expertise to assist customers effectively.
* Contribute to maintaining store performance and achieving sales targets.
* Engage with a diverse range of customers with a positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
* Reflect the brand, culture and customers through a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code and personal style.
Qualifications
* Passion for putting the customer first and delivering excellent experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required but helpful.
* Ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
* Positive, proactive mindset and ability to learn quickly as new products are introduced.
