My client who are based in Castle Donington as seeking a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a permanent, office based role.
Key Responsibilities
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and best practice.
Support disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including adverts, interviews, onboarding, and probation reviews.
Prepare contracts, job descriptions, and HR documentation; maintain accurate HR records and systems.
Deliver practical HR advice to external clients, including drafting policies, letters, and supporting recruitment and performance processes.
Assist with payroll liaison, training initiatives, and general HR administration.
Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and compliance.
Stay up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice. Skills & Experience
CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
Minimum 3 years' HR experience, ideally across multiple sectors or outsourced HR.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; payroll experience desirable. INDC
