This role involves various duties, including catering, serving, and food preparation, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
* Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Skills in catering and serving are highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for this role.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
