We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our team in handling property transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous conveyancing experience with a thorough understanding of residential property law and a proven track record in managing all aspects of the conveyancing process. This role requires a detailed oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Managing a mixed caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to provide regular updates to all Drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring the case management system is updated Conducting property searches and enquiries, drafting reports on title, submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns, carrying out AML checks and checking proof of funds. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Handling financial aspects of property transactions Experience: Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancer is essential with at least 3 years experience handling your own handling being essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks efficiently Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously Professional qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) is preferred but not essential. Salary up to £45,000 and is dependent on experience.
