Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager, office based in Gravesend with projects based nationwide. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fit-out projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, conducting inspections, and overseeing logistics and resource allocation. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
* Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles for procurement and resource tracking
* Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance
* Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the distribution and allocation of materials
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Experience in commercial fit outs or interior construction is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
