We’re looking for a Store Operations Manager to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities; it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.
We’re currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026, just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. What you’ll be doing
* Leading delivery of trading moments, campaigns and retail change projects
* Managing retail workloads to reduce store admin and free up customer-facing time
* Representing Retail in business forums and ensure activity delivers ROI
* Overseeing central store support, budgets and key supplier relationships
* Driving cost efficiencies, service improvements and effective communications
* Acting as key liaison for health and safety in retail

* You’re comfortable with retail systems and Microsoft Office
