A little more about your role…
1. As an experienced public health engineer at Senior, Principal, or Associate level, you will play a key role in delivering prestigious projects.
2. The Bristol or Cardiff office handles mission-critical facilities in aviation, healthcare, and defence sectors.
3. You will be a client-facing representative of WSP and lead public health engineering delivery with innovative and sustainable solutions.
4. You will incorporate sustainability, net zero carbon, digital design, modern methods of construction, and smart systems into your work.

4. Building Services in Bristol comprises 25 engineers and sustainability consultants as part of a larger 400-engineer MEP team.

7. You will be based in our Bristol office, conveniently located near Bristol Temple Meads Station and the city center.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
1. Experience in UK public health building services design, including standards and regulations, at Senior, Principal, or Associate level.
2. Ability to work collaboratively and manage junior engineers.
3. Technical judgment for feasibility, design, and construction phases.
4. Client representation skills and understanding client needs.
5. Management of technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.
6. Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC).
The candidate shall have technical knowledge in the following PH design aspects:
1. Building Water Services (hot/cold water, greywater, rainwater harvesting).
2. Building Sanitary Drainage.
3. Surface Water Drainage.
4. Fire Suppression Systems.
5. Gas Services.
6. Medical Gas Systems.
