At this juncture, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join the team assisting in the reopening of the hotel. Role Responsibilities As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be the main point of contact for both guests and team members, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence across all departments. Oversee daily operations, ensuring all departments work effectively together. Support Heads of Department in delivering excellent guest experiences. Take ownership of guest queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are adhered to at all times. Lead and motivate team members during shifts, fostering a positive working environment. Conduct end-of-day checks, including cash reconciliation and reporting. Maintain hotel standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident decision-maker with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. IT literate, with experience using hotel systems (PMS) desirable. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Benefits Competitive salary.
