SEN Teacher (Secondary) Location: North Liverpool Start Date: January About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum, adapting content to meet individual needs. Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN. Create inclusive learning environments that promote progress and confidence. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to implement tailored strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential. Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN students in a secondary setting. Ability to adapt lessons and differentiate effectively for diverse learning needs. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
