Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Disrepair Manager to oversee and deliver effective disrepair and reactive maintenance services within a social housing contract. Based out of the Croydon office, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners, and Operatives to deliver a responsive and efficient disrepair service.
2. Oversee and continuously improve customer satisfaction across the contract, ensuring service excellence.
3. Review and manage large multi-trade repair jobs to ensure accurate scheduling, correct trade allocation, and appropriate timeframes.
4. Collaborate with the Commercial team to monitor and resolve invoicing issues that may impact contract profitability.
5. Ensure all operations are conducted in full compliance with Health and Safety standards and internal operating frameworks.
6. Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of maintenance works in alignment with contract expectations and budgetary constraints.
