Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury fashion seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive global wholesale growth, expanding key accounts and entering new markets while maintaining strong brand positioning and controlled distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute global wholesale growth strategy
* Identify and secure new retail partners across key regions (EU, US, Middle East, Asia)
* Manage and grow top-tier wholesale accounts
* Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margins, contracts)
* Oversee seasonal sales cycles, forecasting, and performance tracking
* Ensure brand consistency and exclusivity across all partners
* Collaborate cross-functionally (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Requirements
* 7–10+ years in luxury wholesale/business development (luxury RTW preferred)
* Strong global retail network and proven revenue growth track record
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
* Strong commercial mindset with a refined brand sensibility
