About the Role:
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with national curriculum guidelines
Encourage critical thinking and respectful dialogue around religion, ethics, and philosophy
Adopt a positive learning environment where all students are encouraged to explore diverse perspectives
Collaborate with a committed and welcoming humanities departmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related subject
Proven experience teaching RE at secondary level (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to learning
