We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Carer to join our team in the Sandwell area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £12 to £24 per hour. This role is pivotal to our New Age Care’s success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate’s skills and responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide care and support to service users in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities. Make home visits to assess service users’ needs and develop appropriate care plans. Assist service users with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Help service users to take their medication. Support service users with mobility and access to activities. Provide companionship and emotional support to service users. Ensure service users’ safety and respect their rights and choices. Maintain accurate records and write reports. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements No expereince required, just a caring and empathetic attitude. Comprehensive understanding of health, nursing and social care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
