We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join The Beauty Tech Group and lead brand and marketing activity for CurrentBody, our flagship ecommerce brand. In this role you will drive end to end marketing strategy, from brand positioning through to new product launches, working cross functionally with creative, performance and product teams to deliver commercially impactful campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Director & Senior Marketing Manager, you will bring a data informed, creatively driven approach to building one of the most recognised names in beauty tech, helping us reach new audiences and deepen relationships with our existing customers. What you'll be doing: Owning and executing the CurrentBody marketing strategy across ecommerce and digital channels, aligned to commercial objectives and revenue targets. Overseeing end-to-end new product launch campaigns, from brief through to go-to- market execution, working closely with wider marketing and creative teams on product and brand assets. Translating consumer insights, data and market trends into compelling brand messaging and campaign concepts. Overseeing the creation of marketing content and collateral in partnership with in- house and external creative teams. Leading and managing team members across marketing functions, setting clear objectives, driving performance and supporting professional development. Collaborating cross functionally with performance, social, product and partnerships teams to ensure consistent, joined-up brand activity. Defining and tracking KPIs, analysing campaign performance and producing actionable insights to continuously optimise output. Managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated to the highest- impact activities. Staying ahead of ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging consumer behaviours to keep CurrentBody's marketing relevant and competitive. Skills, knowledge and expertise 7 years experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of building and scaling ecommerce brands is preferable. Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial results. Ability to translate consumer insights and data into strong brand messaging and creative concepts. Experience briefing and working with creative teams on product and brand campaign assets. Demonstrated success managing or mentoring team members across marketing disciplines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Commercially minded with experience managing marketing budgets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience within beauty, tech, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
