Manage property finance transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers on financing and refinancing deals. Conduct detailed due diligence, title investigations, and property searches. Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Ensure full compliance with commercial property law and regulatory requirements.
