Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Inside Sales Executive to join our Ireland team. You will manage and develop customer accounts, support the external sales team, and drive sales growth across our aluminium and materials portfolio.
Responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries, quotations, and order processing; building strong customer relationships; and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the budgeting process of accounts to meet EBIT/TkVA requirements.
* Monitor performance of allocated accounts continuously.
* Make promotional calls and identify profitable growth opportunities.
* Ensure customer expectations are met, including service, quality and cost.
* Coordinate internal and external activities to ensure contract deliverables are met.
* Complete sales quotations and enter sales orders into SAP when required.
* Prepare purchase order requisitions and related documentation for material purchasing.
* Work with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits.
* Maintain master data integrity within SAP.
* Ensure all functions comply with TK compliance requirements.
* Engage in social selling and participate in the digitalisation process.
