Your mission
As a contracts manager, you will work as a member of the Legal and Contracts Department and be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and overseeing sales contracts related to Sungrow’s projects, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Support the Contracts function in PV and ESS Business Units in the UK and other EU countries.
* Review, draft, qualify, and negotiate contractual documents including framework agreements, sales contracts, GTCs, purchasing agreements, NDAs, and LOIs.
* Identify risks and deviations from Sungrow’s contracting principles; obtain senior management approval when necessary.
* Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with clients.
* Create contract and risk summaries for project teams.
* Negotiate and resolve contractual and financial disputes on live projects, advising commercial managers.
* Maintain compliance with Sungrow’s policies and procedures.
Your profile
* Degree in Law or relevant Business qualification.
* Experience in PV, Energy Storage, Gas, or Construction industries.
* Strong knowledge of Contract Law and legal drafting skills.
* Experience in a Contracts or Legal department.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal audiences.
* Professional credibility and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
* Attention to detail, analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
